REFUND POLICY
Return Policy: 14 Days
Once your order has been received, you have a period of 14 days to return an item (based on the delivery date shown in your tracking). Unless otherwise agreed with us, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Returns made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the postal address for return shipping. Without prior approval, returns are not eligible for a refund. Returns made via parcel shops or pickup points will not be accepted.
Important: Items discounted by 40% or more are not eligible for a refund.
Returned items must be:
unwashed
unworn
stain-free
odor-free
in their original packaging (PA DNM bag + tag still attached)
It is your responsibility to provide a return tracking number to monitor the progress of the parcel until it reaches the return address. Any item damaged after being worn by the customer is not eligible for a “quality” claim.
Please include your full name and order number inside the return parcel. Once the return is received, the item will be inspected. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving your returned package.
Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We do not offer exchanges for PA DNM products. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original order for a refund, then placing a new order separately.
Orders returned from outside the European Union are not eligible for a refund if customs fees are incurred. Such returns will be refused and sent back to the customer.
