SHIPPING POLICY

 We ship from Belgium (EU).

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped with DHL Express within 1 to 5 business days.
Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping timelines for pre-order items are specified in the product description on the website.

 

Customs Duties

USA : Orders shipped to the United States include import duties and taxes at checkout.
No additional charges will be due upon delivery.

 

Orders Outside the European Union

Please note that shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

PA DNM is an independent brand and has no control over decisions made by local customs authorities or the amounts applied.

In the event that a parcel is refused or cannot be delivered, the customer remains responsible for the original shipping costs, any import fees incurred, and the return shipping costs. These amounts will be deducted from the refund once the shipment is received at our warehouse.

We kindly ask our customers to carefully review these potential fees and costs, which vary by destination, before completing their order.

 

Pre-orders

 Please note that items on pre-order are dispatched within the estimated delivery window indicated in the product description. Orders containing pre-order items are prepared in advance and a tracking number is issued before shipment, but the dispatch itself will only occur during the announced timeframe. Once shipped, DHL Express delivery times apply.

Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders above USD$400 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided.
As soon as your order is processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow your package. If you do not receive this information, please contact us at support@padnm.com.

Average delivery times with DHL Express are:
• Europe: 1–2 business days
• Rest of the world: 2–5 business days
