ARTICLE 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION OF THE CGV
The general conditions of sale listed below apply to any order placed on the site www.padnm.com, without restriction or reservation. The buyer is therefore deemed to accept them without reservation at the time of purchase. PA DNM has the right to modify its general conditions from time to time.


ARTICLE 2: CONTENT
These general conditions of sale govern the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale of goods via the site www.padnm.com
The buyer declares to have read these conditions during his purchase and, therefore, accepts them. They are therefore enforceable against him as soon as the sale is concluded.
PA DNM offers ready-to-wear products and accessories. Each product listed on the site includes a description, i.e. the essential characteristics of the good as well as its price including tax and at least one photograph of the product. All photographs present on the site are therefore the property of PA DNM or the result of collaborations concluded with “third parties” who have previously accepted the use of the photographs for sales purposes.
Stocks are updated automatically after each order, 24/7. In the event that the buyer has placed an order for a product that is unfortunately unavailable, PA DNM undertakes to contact the buyer in order to reimburse it within 14 working days following the order. If the buyer accepts, the product can be shipped within 30 working days following the sale, at PA DNM's expense, in the event of a return to stock.


ARTICLE 3: ORDER
Orders placed on the site www.padnm.com require acceptance of these conditions. All sales are made via the site cited above. The buyer can contact PA DNM via the email address support@padnm.com in order to obtain the necessary and desired information.


ARTICLE 4: PRICE
All prices of the items offered are in euros €. Taxes included. Customs fees not included.


ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped with DHL Express within 1 to 5 business days.
Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders above USD$400 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided.
As soon as your order is processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow your package. If you do not receive this information, please contact us at support@padnm.com.

Average delivery times with DHL Express are:
• Europe: 1–2 business days
• Rest of the world: 2–5 business days

Please note that these delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the time of year or possible delays from the carrier. Once your package has been handed over to DHL, PA DNM cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues related to delivery.

Pre-orders: please note that items on pre-order are dispatched within the estimated delivery window indicated in the product description. Orders containing pre-order items are prepared in advance and a tracking number is issued before shipment, but the dispatch itself will only occur during the announced timeframe. Once shipped, DHL Express delivery times apply.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any import duties or taxes. Regulations may vary from country to country, and we are unable to predict or control the amount.


ARTICLE 6: METHOD OF PAYMENT
There are different payment methods offered on the site: - Paypal
- Bank card: data is encrypted and secure.

ARTICLE 7: RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Returns policy: 14 days.

Upon receipt of your order, there is a period of 14 days to return an item (depending on the date of receipt indicated in the tracking). Unless arrangements are made with our agreement, return costs are your responsibility. Returns after this date will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Once your return has been accepted, we will provide you with the postal address required for return. Without approval, the return will not be eligible for refund. Returns made to a relay point are not accepted.

Important: Sale items are not eligible for reimbursement.
The product must be returned:

unwashed
unworn
without a stain
scentless
in its initial packaging (PA DNM bag + label still attached).

It is your responsibility to provide yourself with a return tracking number in order to check the progress of the package to the return address. Any item damaged after being worn by the consumer cannot be the subject of a “quality” claim.
Please provide us with the name/first name/order number in the return package. Once the package is received, the product is inspected. The refund is made within 10 working days of receipt of your return package.
Unless otherwise agreed, a full refund for the item concerned will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We do not exchange PA DNM products. In order to exchange an item, we recommend returning it for a refund. Once the refund is made, you can make a new purchase separately.
Orders returned from outside the European Union are not eligible for reimbursement in the event of customs charges. These will be refused and returned to the customer.

ARTICLE 8: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
No compensation can be claimed by the buyer in the event of an external event disrupting the services of PA DNM in its obligation of means towards the buyer as described above.
External event: epidemic, bad weather or postal service strikes.
