How can I make a return/exchange?

If you change your mind about your order or the item does not suit you, we invite you to read the instructions in our exchange and returns policy .

Will out of stock items be available again?

Not all items are necessarily subject to restocking. In case of high demand, we do what is necessary. Restocks are announced in advance (date and time) via our social media stories (@myshopxo).

Orders are shipped from Belgium.

Where is my order ?

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. In the following days, you will receive an email with shipping information. If you don't receive it within 48 hours, don't panic. Your package is being prepared and is about to be shipped (or maybe even already on its way). The sizes indicated on the site are EU sizes?

Yes. All sizes offered are EU. A size guide is at your disposal. For more information, you can ask your questions by email: myshopxo@hotmail.com

Do I have to pay customs fees?

For packages outside the EU, customs charges are possible but not automatic.

What should I do if my order is taking longer than expected to be shipped?

Shipping is carried out by Belgian Post. For international packages, the post office entrusts the package to the national carrier. Delivery takes on average 4 working days for international packages (after sending). However, various events may delay the package (customs clearance, postal service overload, etc.). We thank you for your patience in this matter.

 

What should I do if my order is incomplete or an item has a defect?

Please report the error, failure or defect (with photo) to us by email. We will find the most suitable solution.
